1890 T. E. Thorpe Dict. Appl. Chem. I. 334 The isomeric m-dipyridyl..boils at 293°, and yields on reduction with tin and hydrochloric acid nicotidine.
1931 Jrnl. Amer. Chem. Soc. 53 282 The nicotidine distilled at 284–285° and is a viscous oil with an odor similar to that of neonicotine.
