Origin: A borrowing from Latin. Etymon: Latin neurographia.
Etymology: < post-classical Latin neurographia (Vieussens, 1684) < neuro- neuro- comb. form + -graphia -graphy comb. form. Compare French neurographie (1701), névrographie (1721).In sense 4 after Russian nevrografija (I. I. Nikolaev & Ja. G. Rubinštejn 1928, in Vestnik Rentgenologii i Radiologii 6 403).
