Etymology: < the name of Natal (see Natal n.2) + -ian suffix.
A. adj.
Of, belonging to, or relating to Natal, formerly a colony, South African province, and, since 1994, a part of the province of KwaZulu-Natal, located on the east coast of South Africa. Now rare.The attributive use of Natal n.2 has largely replaced Natalian in this sense.
