1919 E. Brock in Industr.-Arts Mag. Aug. 307/2 A ‘Monoprint’, as we call these accompanying pictures, is simply the little reproduction of a picture painted on a hard surface, copper, tin, or glass. Only one print may be ‘pulled’.
