1975 Facts on File 22 Mar. 184/3 Social Security Minister William Hayden said March 16 that the cost of the federal government's Medibank health program would total about $A1.4 billion in the next fiscal year.
1976 Lancet 30 Oct. 952/2 Under Medibank, introduced by the late Labour Government, free accommodation and treatment in public (State-supported) hospitals was available in all States for anyone who desired it.
