Etymology: < Judaize v. + -ation suffix. Compare post-classical Latin Judaizatio (12th cent. in a British source). Compare earlier Judaizing n. N.E.D. (1901) gives only the pronunciation (dʒūdeˌəizēi·ʃən) /ˌdʒuːdeɪaɪˈzeɪʃən/.
