Etymology: Apparently a humorous alteration of antique adj., perhaps punningly after wacky adj.T. Crowley's Liverpool Eng. Dict. (2017) proposes a possible alternative derivation from rhyming slang Ann Twack crap. Compare e.g.:1975 B. Jacques Joseph in According to Jacques Some of this gear looks right Ann Twack.
