Etymology: Partly < Arabic adj.1 + -ally suffix, and partly < Arabical adj. + -ly suffix2. Compare classical Latin Arabicē in Arabian fashion, in post-classical Latin also in the Arabic language (16th cent.).
Originally: in the Arabic language; by reference to Arabic. Later more generally: in an Arab or Arabian style or manner.
