An animal of the (former) class Fistulides (in the system of Lamarck), comprising radially symmetrical invertebrates with a tubular contractile body; spec. a sea cucumber (holothurian).In early use the Fistulides were sometimes taken to include also the sea anemones and the priapulid and sipunculid worms.
