释义 | ergometrinen. Biochemistry. An amide of lysergic acid, C19H23N3O2, which is one of the most powerful alkaloids present in ergot and is used as an oxytocic. ΚΠ 1935 Dudley & Moir in Brit. Med. Jrnl. 16 Mar. 520/2 In 1932 one of us (C.M.) drew the conclusion..that the characteristic and traditional effect of ergot was caused..by a substance still unidentified... We are now..reporting the isolation of the substance to which ergot rightly owes its long-established reputation as the ‘pulvis parturiens’. We propose to call it ‘ergometrine’. 1937 H. Fungi (ed. 2) 253 The sclerotia..contain a number of alkaloids one of which, ergometrine, causes rapid contraction of the uterus. 1961 New Scientist 2 Nov. 278/2 They isolated ergometrine from ergot, simultaneously with American workers, who called it ergonovine. 1963 Lancet 19 Jan. 139/1 0.5 mg. of ergometrine maleate was given intravenously and intramuscularly, and the drip was discontinued. 1970 J.
