English regional (southern, esp. Sussex). Now also found in historical romance fiction.

Used to represent the words (I) don't know how many as said in informal conversation, in cases where how many is adjectival in function, typically implying a considerable amount of the thing denoted by the noun. Cf. dunnamuch adv. (and adj.).
