释义

debitorn.

Forms: Also Middle English debytour.

Débitor , -eur , was in French a learned term, the popular and proper French form being dettor , -ur , -eur : see debtor n. In English, debitor no doubt owed its 16–17th cent. use to its identity with the Latin.
