释义 | decibarn. Meteorology. A unit of barometric pressure equal to one-tenth of a bar. ΚΠ 1910 V. Bjerknes et al. Dynamic Meteorol. & Hydrogr. i. i. 7 It will be necessary for us to have names for the employed units of pressure..some name derived from the word ‘barometer’. We shall choose the name bar as being the shortest, and designate the decimal parts of it as the decibar, centibar, and millibar. 1914 Q. Jrnl. Royal Meteorol. Soc. 40 160 I [sc. Bjerknes] therefore coined the terms ‘bar’, ‘decibar’, ‘centibar’, and ‘millibar’, as names for the units of pressure...
