释义 | culrachculreachn. Scots Law. Obsolete. A surety given to a court from which a cause is removed to another court, to be escheated if full justice is not rendered in the latter court. Required especially when a cause was removed to the court of a lord of regality. Scotl. 236 The system of culreach or repledgiation is one of great antiquity in Scotland, but last heard of in the Highlands.
