Add a ladleful of pasta water to the sauce to loosen the mixture.

Mix well together adding a little of the pasta water if necessary.

Cut some tomatoes in half, add garlic, a tiny bit of chilli, and cook it in a frying pan with a little pasta water.

Mix everything together with the tongs, adding more pasta water to loosen if needed.

Drain, reserving a few tablespoons of the pasta water.
