Look beyond the postcompetition fraternising, so widespread and competitive that it could be a medal event all on its own.

To include sepak takraw and (my other fervent wish) squash, we may have to lose a medal event in, say, swimming (which has 34) or rowing (which has 14).

The ski jumping (normal hill) event was held separate from the main medal event of ski jumping, results can be found in the table below.

At the 1994 games, aerials also became an official medal event and the ski ballet competition was dropped.

The two medal events are individual allround and team all-round.
