The reluctance of the prime minister and his government to co-operate in the publication and study of the intelligence committee's report inevitably causes concern.

As such, presidential findings are one of the primary means through which the intelligence committees exercise their oversight of the government's intelligence operations.

Requires the chief financial officer of each such agency to provide the congressional intelligence committees an annual audit report on each audit conducted.

The bill would require notification to the intelligence committees on the use of such authority.
