It was originally created as a dirt race for juveniles in 1977.

It has a 2,200 metre left-handed dirt race track and a left-handed turf course of the same distance.

The trails are believed to be located on what used to be a dirt race track, and in some places along the trail there remain concrete foundations.

However, the three dirt races are unaffected.

Through the 1960s, as superspeedways were built and old dirt tracks were paved, the number of dirt races was reduced.
