(glĭtər-tĭn′ən) A peak, 2,465 m (8,087 ft) high, of the Jotunheimen range in south-central Norway. It was formerly the highest elevation in Scandinavia, but due to the melting of the glacier on its summit, it is now lower than Galdhøpiggen.
