A card game in which the winner is the player who holds two or three cards totaling closest to 9 points. Face cards and tens are worth 0 points, other cards are worth their face value, and if the hand totals more than 10 only the second digit matters; for example, a hand of 6 and 8 (totaling 14) is worth 4 points.
