quinestrol, n. Pharm.|kwɪˈniːstrɒl| [f. quinic a. + estr(ogen œstrogen n. + -ol.] A synthetic oestrogen, C25H32O2 (a derivative of ethinyloestradiol), which is included in some oral contraceptives.
