clementine, n.2|ˈklɛməntiːn, -aɪn| [ad. Fr. clémentine (L. Trabut 1902, in Revue Horticole LXXIV. 232).] A variety of small orange originally produced by an accidental hybrid of the tangerine and the sour orange.
