Chukchee, Chukchi, n. and a.|ˈtʃʊktʃiː| Also Chukch, Chukche, Tchuktchi, etc. [a. Russ. Chúkchi pl. (sing. Chúkcha).] A. n. a. A Palæoasiatic people of extreme north-eastern Siberia. b. One of these people. c. The language spoken by them. B. adj. a. Of or pertaining to this people or one of their number, or their language. b. Of the district which some of them inhabit.
