serpiginous, a.|sɜːˈpɪdʒɪnəs| [ad. mod.L. *serpīginōsus, f. serpīgin-, serpigo. Cf. F. serpigineux.] Of the nature of serpigo; (of skin diseases) creeping from one part to another.
