pædodontics, n. pl. (const. as sing.) Chiefly N. Amer.|piːdəʊˈdɒntɪks| Usu. pedo-. [f. paedo-, pedo- + -dontics after orthodontic a. and n.] The branch of dentistry dealing with children; the care of children's teeth.
