serigraphy orig. U.S.|sɛˈrɪgrafɪ| Also Serigraphy. [Irreg. f. L. sēricum silk (see Seric a.) + -graphy; cf. F. sérigraphie, G. serigraphie.] The art or process of printing original designs by means of the silk-screen method.
