campylotropous, a. Bot.|kæmpɪˈlɒtrəpəs| [f. mod.L. campylotrop-us, f. Gr. καµπύλος bent + -τροπος, f. τρέπειν to turn +-ous.] Said of the ovule of phanerogamous plants when its nucleus, with its integuments, is curved upon itself.
