‖ burrito Chiefly U.S.|bəˈriːtəʊ| [Amer. Sp., dim. of burro burro, ass.] A Mexican dish consisting of a maize-flour tortilla rolled round a savoury filling (of beef, chicken, refried beans, etc.).
