Savoyard, n. and a.|səˈvɔɪɑːd| [a. F. savoyard (fem. -arde), f. Savoie: see Savoy and -ard.] A. n. 1. A native or inhabitant of Savoy. Well known in other countries as musicians itinerating with hurdy-gurdy and monkey.
