Saudiization, n.|ˌsaʊdɪaɪˈzeɪʃən| Also Saudization. [f. Saudi n. and a. + -ization.] The process or result of rendering (more) Saudi Arabian in character, esp. by the transfer of posts in industry from foreigners to Saudi nationals.
