blowzed, a.|blaʊzd| Also blowsed. [It has the form of a pa. pple. of a vb. to blowze, in the sense of ‘to make blowzy’: cf. prec.] 1. Rendered blowzy in the face; excited; disordered in dress or hair; dishevelled, frowzy.
