Saitic, a.|seɪˈɪtɪk| [ad. L. Saītic-us, a. Gr. σαϊτικός, f. σαΐτης: see Saite and -ic.] Of or pertaining to Sais, the ancient capital of Lower Egypt. Saitic dynasties: the 26th and four following dynasties of the kings of Egypt. Hence Saitic period, Saitic art, etc.
