▪ I. benedictional, n.|bɛnɪˈdɪkʃənəl| [ad. med.L. benedictiōnālis (sc. liber), i.e. book of benedictions; cf. hymnal, etc.] A book containing the forms of episcopal benedictions formerly in use.
