royalet Now rare.|ˈrɔɪəlɛt| Forms: 7 royalett(e, royallet, royolet, 7, 9 royalet. [f. royal n. 1 + -et1, perh. after F. roitelet.] A petty king or chieftain; a kinglet, princelet. Used by several writers in the 17th cent., and revived by Southey and Landor in the 19th.
