A. adj. Of or pertaining to Richard Baxter, the eminent Puritan divine, or his doctrines.
B. n. One who holds Baxter's tenets. Baxˈterianism, Baxter's doctrines, one special point of which was the amalgamation of the Arminian doctrine of free grace with the Calvinistic doctrine of election.
