Of or pertaining to Roumelia (see Roumeliote), with particular reference to Ottoman territories of the southern Balkans inhabited by Greeks and now forming parts of northern Greece and Bulgaria; of or pertaining to the form of Greek spoken there. Also as n., a Greek inhabitant of Roumelia.
