rotometer|rəʊˈtɒmɪtə(r), ˈrəʊtəʊmiːtə(r)| Also rota-. [f. roto- + -meter.] A hand-held measuring device incorporating a small wheel whose revolutions are registered in terms of distance travelled, e.g. on a map or plan.
