rosolio|rəʊˈzəʊlɪəʊ| Also ros(s)oglio, rossolio. [a. It. rosolio, var. of rosoli: see ros solis. Cf. mod.L. rossolium.] A sweet cordial made in Italy and Southern Europe from spirits, raisins, sugar, etc.
