‖ rhyton Gr. Antiq.|ˈraɪtɒn, ˈrɪtɒn| [a. Gr. ῥυτόν, neut. of ῥυτός flowing, related to ῥεῖν to flow.] A form of drinking-cup often in the form of an animal's head and having a hole at the bottom through which the wine ran.
