premaxillary, a. and n.|priːmækˈsɪlərɪ| [f. pre- B. 3 + maxillary.] A. adj. Situated in front of the maxilla or upper jaw. B. n. the premaxillary bone. So premaˈxillo-maˈxillary a., connecting or lying between the premaxillary and the maxillary bones.
