polyonymous, a.|pɒlɪˈɒnɪməs| Also 9 erron. -onomous. [f. Gr. πολυώνυµος having many names (f. πολυ-, poly- + ὄνοµα, æol. ὄνυµα name) + -ous: cf. anonymous.] Having many names or titles; called or known by several different names.
