polycrase Min.|ˈpɒlɪkreɪs| [ad. G. polykras; named by Scheerer, 1844, f. Gr. πολυ-, poly- + κρᾶσις mixture, from its many constituents.] A shining black mineral, consisting of columbate and titanate of uranium, zirconium, yttrium, and other bases.
