In full, poetaz daffodil or poetaz narcissus. A narcissus (Narcissus × medioluteus) belonging to a group of hybrids produced by crossing Narcissus poeticus and N. tazetta, bearing fragrant white or yellow flowers in clusters. Also attrib.
