poetaz|ˈpəʊɪtæz| [f. poet(icus + taz(etta, the specific epithets of two species of Narcissus.] In full, poetaz daffodil or poetaz narcissus. A narcissus (Narcissus × medioluteus) belonging to a group of hybrids produced by crossing Narcissus poeticus and N. tazetta, bearing fragrant white or yellow flowers in clusters. Also attrib.
