planner|ˈplænə(r)| [f. plan v. + -er1.] a. One who plans or makes a plan; a deviser, arranger; a projector, schemer; spec., a person who plans the development or reconstruction of an urban area, or who engages in economic planning. Also (Sc.), a landscape gardener.
