‖ perimeningitis Path.|ˌpɛrɪmiːnɪnˈdʒaɪtɪs| [mod.L., f. perimēninx dura mater (f. Gr. περί around + µῆνιγξ membrane, pia mater) + -itis.] Inflammation of the Perimeninx, or dura mater of the brain and spinal cord: = pachymeningitis.
