Pentelic, a.|pənˈtɛlɪk| Also 6 erron. pentlike. [ad. L. Pentelic-us, a. Gr. Πεντελικός, f. Πεντελή name of a deme of Attica.] Of or from Mount Pentelicus, near Athens: esp. applied to the famous white marble there quarried.
