‖ parovarium Anat.|pærəʊˈvɛərɪəm| [f. para-1 1 + ovarium.] A remnant of the Wolffian body in the female, consisting of a group of closed tubules lying between the ovary and the Fallopian tube; corresponding to the epididymis in the male. (Also called organ of Rosenmüller.)
