panographic, a. Dentistry.|pænəʊˈgræfɪk| Also panagraphic. [f. panoramic a. + radiographic a.] Of, pertaining to, or designating radiography of several teeth and the adjacent bones in a single exposure by means of a small X-ray source placed inside the mouth and a film outside it.
