Paelignian, n. and a.|pɛˈlɪgnɪən, paɪ-| Also Pelignian. [f. L. P(a)eligni + -an.] A. n. a. A member of an Oscan-Umbrian people centred on Corfinium in southern Italy. b. The language of this people. B. adj. Of or pertaining to this people or their language.
