osteoclastoma Path.|ˌɒstiːɒklæˈstəʊmə| Pl. -omas, -omata. [f. osteoclast s.v. osteo- + -oma.] A giant-cell tumour of bone characterized by the presence of numerous osteoclast-like cells; orig. applied to a variety of mostly benign tumours, but now restricted to a type that is often malignant.
